Actually, I believe its legal. Call letters then city, except
-FM if it is assigned as part of the calls

name on the licence

Additional citys of coverage can be added, as long as they are after the COL
anything can follow the COL (including an 's), just as long as legal things appear between the callsign and COL
So the way I understand it, "WZLX, 264, 100.7, Infinity Broadcasting Corporation of Boston, Boston's Classic Rock..." would be legal, if they wanted to ID like that
