Another struggling former Stern affilate bites the dust, could Live 105 be next?

95.7 will be going All Sports later this year, I suspect.

The A's are likely just the start.

Entercom owns one of the most successful sports radio brands in the entire country -- WEEI in Boston. They also do All Sports in several other large & major markets.

Doing sports is a no-brainer. Would make a great sales companion with their classic rock brand.

Makes sense! CBS missed their opportunity to put sports on 105.3 FM. :)

I could also see them moving the Sharks from K-Fox over to 95.7

I think it would be a simulcast with 98.5 K-Fox because that station gives the Sharks great coverage in San Jose. Adding 95.7 gives the Sharks a greater presence in SF and Oakland. :)
