July 2, 2009: CUMULUS CFO GAUSVIK RESIGNS Radio Ink ATLANTA -- Cumulus Media CFO Marty Gausvik has resigned "to pursue other opportunities," the company announced. The resignation comes just a few days after the company came to a new agreement with lenders giving it relief from its covenants through March 2011. Cumulus Chairman/CEO Lew Dickey said, "We appreciate Marty's contribution to the company and wish him well in the future." VP/Controller J.P. Hannan is serving as interim CFO. He's a former CFO of Lincoln National's radio division and former board member at Regent.

March 25, 2013: All Access ATLANTA-- Cumulus Controller Linda Hill Exits. CUMULUS MEDIA Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer LINDA A. HILL has exited the company. Her duties with the company have been assumed by SVP/Treasurer and CFO J.P. HANNAN. The departure of HILL, who joined CUMULUS in 2009 from GATEHOUSE MEDIA, was disclosed in a Form 8-K filing with the SEC on FRIDAY, with no reason given for the departure.

Steps in or steps into it?
 
I thought when Cumulus did the Citadel/ Cumulus (Media or whatever they called the "side" fund) that Cumulus got their debt extended and more favorable terms. They seem to have some free cash buying the FM signal in NYC. Most of the clusters seem to be doing about the same. Is the All news operation in Atlanta and the recent slipping of WLS FM in the money demos cause that much pain?
