No, it is more because were the number 3 CHR in a 3 CHR market. They attempted a rebranding in the fall of '09, but all that did was cause the ratings to drop even more. Now it will be Kiss (Mainstreeam) and Wild (Rhythmic) flying the CHR flag in Boise.
