Another TV subforum idea: How You Would Change an Existing TV Market

I don't know if this would be worthy of a subforum (there was a National TV thread on this almost 10 years ago about "how you would change a TV market if you had the clout").

But I have another idea for a TV subforum: about how you would change an existing TV DMA/Market. Including realigning networks to different channels, new subchannels, new translator stations, new station owners, getting LD stations (mostly the DTV America and HC2 licenses) on the air with lots of netlets, etc.
