Another tweak @ Magic 105.3

Let me start by saying, I hate this new website.

Anyhow, it appears Cox is in process of mirroring The Coast(Miami) on Magic 105.3. Magic now has a new look with a somewhat fresher sound.

New adds on Magic include Eminem, Pitbull, Ke$ha, Britney Spears and many others.

A classic hit that Magic aired earlier today was Len- Steal My Sunshine.

Welcome back SARadio1! Yeah with the new site everyone had to reset their passwords to get back in. As for the look of it go to settings and you can change many things there, but not all. Go ask one of the mods if you want something else changed and you should be good. They're really good about replying.




As for Magic I have noticed the changes, and I like them quite a lot. I'm hearing songs I never thought I'd ever hear on Magic before, like Blurred Lines and I Need Your Love.

Looks like Magic is also using the "Today's Best Music" slogan, which is very CHR. Don't know if it's just an identity crisis or a full-blown flip, though!

I think the format is a mix between Hot AC and Rhythmic AC, almost similar to KTU in New York.

I consider it closer to a Top 40 and a Hot AC mix.
Doesn't Rhythmic AC have a lot of older 80's and 90's rhythmic pop?
