Another unidentified station

This time it was on 790, sounded like religion. I wonder if it's WRMS out of Beardstown,IL? The station was fading in and out.

Off the top, my guess would be WRMS. KURM is another possibility that comes to mind. A very remote possibility, however. They have a fine signal and there might be some religion mixed in with their talk shows, but St. Charles, MO would be quite a daytime hop for them.

Back in the '90s, I had customers in St. Louis, Springfield, and Joplin....which meant a couple of runs every year up/down I-44. IIRC, I'd lose KURM somewhere around Rolla.

KURM is a great local station for it's area. Much like 690 KGGF Coffeyville, KS. The programing on both is eclectic and they are both a hoot to listen to.
