Heard that Charlie Kayle, at Fm 100 exited? :'(

Hope this discussion meets your standards, BTW LBR...

I'd like to see then start from scratch.(nearly)
Not just people,...
(Lord, someday we'll be able to tune in FM100 and NOT have to hear Ron Olsen and Steve Conelly, won't we?...)
Nothing against them personally, but Jeez! I like to listen to whatever weekends, but every 10 minutes or so there is another promo from them.
Surely another station in another market will take them. They don't sound too bad, but they've been there FOREVER and the salaries compared to ratings MUST BE LAUGHABLE!
Find Karen some new people to work with.
Leave Tom the hell alone...because he is the real deal-only kinda arrogant.
Garner? Eh...she sounds 12, but does a good job.

I hate to hear that about Charlie! She's a very cool chick! :(

Seems to be true :(. Her picture is no longer on the lineup link on their website. She seemed to be a good fit at 100 compared to her old gig at 98.1 back in the day. I met her a Chili's restaurant a couple years back. She was very personable.

I heard PD Lance Ballance doing news on 100 last week, and Karen Perrin doing traffic this week.

It appears they are also looking for part-timers again. All Access has had two job posts for weekenders on 100 in the past week. They've got to be short-staffed again.

For starters, all the dismissals are happening at the wrong end of the hallway at 1960 Union. I'm not saying a major overhaul is not in order for the city's heritage FM, but the problems run deeper than just a group of veteran jocks that may or may not have worn out there welcome. Just look at all three stations there.

Ron, Steve and Karen are still doing the same Battle of the Sexes bits from 12-15 years ago. Please make it (and the Conley's Queries) stop.

Jill Bucko tries too hard to sound sexy when she really comes across as not knowing when to begin and end a sentence. Run-On Queen.

Tom still sounds great on the air but he doesn't really hit the mark in sounding relevant to the music and lifestyle of the station.

The less said about Garner the better.

Tom would be great on a well-programmed oldies station. I would put Garner in mornings...on Radio Disney.
