Antenna Question

I live in the middle of nowhere and am looking for a good indoor VHF/UHF antenna that can pick up between 30-60 miles. If this is the wrong forum, I do apologize. But I have a new TV that picks up digital and would like to get a good indoor antenna for viewing Pensacola/Panama City "locals" (between 30 and 60 miles) I'm on a hill and can see the neighbours roofs and can pick up panama city FM no problem especially on skip.

(About 70 feet above sea level)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Groovy. It asks me if a tower is in the way. I can see the neighbours roofs from my computer room and my bedroom is higher.

I have what looks like a cell tower across the street. It's got pointy things and dishes on the side.
Should I select "NO?"
