Antenna TV and Get TV swapping stations

For the Twin Cities two sub HD channels have changed stations.
Get TV is now on KSTC 5.4 still is on KJNK-LD 25.6
Antenna TV is now on WUCW 23.6 (New subchannel)

Not sure what is happening.

Just posting to see if anyone has more information, I know the TC is planned to add a ATSC 3.0 station, but not sure which and when it will be happening.
