Antenna TV in Phoenix

I've been contacting the local stations here in town seeing why they haven't brought the classic TV network to a subchannel in Phoenix, and this is how it's been going:

KPHO - The PD at the station is a nice guy, but they claim that they're still under contract with the company that provides them with the equipment to power "Weather Now" for another couple years. ??? They've got everything that is needed to make ATV a success, including the cable carriage, but they seem to be hesitant to make a move.

KASW - I've e-mailed them and left a voice message with the Programming department. I haven't heard back from them. They know they've got room on 61.2 for ATV (they've "opened it up" before to simulcast their sister station in Virginia last year).

KNXV - Did not contact them. They're bound by Scripps corporate to carry Live Well, like it or not.

KSAZ/KUTP - FOX O&O's don't do third-party subchannels.

KPNX - I haven't contacted them yet, but they would be my last resort if KPHO or KASW (or even low-powered stations like Channel 38) doesn't make a deal first. They program the one weather subchannel I'd like to see survive.

I'm not sure how long KAZT's affiliation agreement with RTV lasts, but I think they would have a tough time finding cable carriage for Antenna TV like they did for Me-TV.

I'm hoping that Antenna TV doesn't end up like other subchannel offerings that have come and gone without carriage in Phoenix...
