Any AM or Non COms for sale in Fort Wayne?

Looking for a station for outreach in Fort Wayne.

94.1FM in Roanoke is for sale, but knowledgeable sources tell me they would want at least $500,000.

I think the religious donor market is sealed up in Fort Wayne, what with WFCV (Bott), WLAB (Lutherans), WBCL (Taylor U.) and WLYV (Catholics). Why bother, Chief?

Different kind of thing. Many schools are turning their stations off. Muncie and others. Muncie ran a dead carrier for two years w no ID. Wouldn't sell it or transfer, just turned it off and handed the permit back in.

I bet there are others that might want to keep the high school games and some local programs.

I would have thought that Whitley Co. Schools would ditch WJHS but they won't sell it. They can't keep a director full time but they get enough out of having the games, the school board meetings on the station...you can try. But I don't think you get very far.
