Any Big 4 affiliate airing programs out of pattern

Someone posted a while ago that CBS provides an additional feed of Let’s Make A Deal at 3 pm (as it replaced Guiding Light which aired at 3 pm)

CBS provides two separate feeds of Let's Make a Deal, at 10:00 am and 3:00 pm Eastern time (9:00 am and 2:00 pm Central time); affiliates who follow the network's master schedule have the option to air the program in either timeslot.
CBS also has a feed of LMAD at 9am ET, or they used to. WSPA used to air LMAD at 9am until just a few years ago.

The CW affiliates in Denver and St. Louis both delay primetime by an hour to run it from 8-10pm. This allows them to air news from 7-8pm.

not when you have stations who air local news at 11. Also some NBC affiliates (KARE Minneapolis being one) airs Kelly & Ryan at 11
I remember when Sunset Beach wasn't cleared in full noon since some stations want to clear their nooncast, that explains its a death slot for both NBC and ABC if counting Port Charles.

It bugged me that WVIT/30 the NBC O&O in Hartford aired "Days" at 12 Noon. Often times WVIT would do non-stop wall-to-wall Winter Weather Coverage in winter bumping "Days" to Noon on COZI-TV, which knocked out what I wanted to watch (or DVR) which was Adam-12. (Adam-12 has since moved to 5PM on ME-TV).
I’m certain that was a network mandate.

KPHO (Phoenix) airs The Price is Right at 9AM, an hour later than the normal pattern time for CBS affiliates in the Mountain Time Zone.

As far as what's known, Let's Make A Deal never had a feed at 9 AM Eastern. WSPA probably aired it on a delay.

Which is the live ET feed from November to March because Arizona doesn’t observe DST.

WOODTV aired Sunset Beach at 11AM when it debuted in Jan 97 to fall of 98 moved it to 2PM moved Another World to 11AM to end its run in summer of 99 and Sunset Beach moved back to 11AM in July of 99 Passions got 2PM. I watched most of Sunset Beach other than the last 4 or 3 months of the show.

WHO 13 didn't air Sunset Beach from the start as they kept the syndicated programming that they had in the fall of 1996 so I think Sunset Beach didn't premiere till either summer or fall 1997 on WHO 13.

When WHO 13 did air Sunset Beach it first premiered at 11am followed by news at noon then Days of our Lives at 1 and Another World at 2pm to go in pattern with the soaps but in its final year Sunset Beach moved to 10am and Leeza moved to 11am.

KXGN Glendive, MT airs some of their CBS schedule from the East coast feed even though they are in the mountain time zone. This goes back to when they carried multiple affiliations. They have run CBS prime time from 6-9 Mountain time for over 35 years now. 9-10 was for the best of NBC. When the DTV transition happened they added a -2 for NBC which follows mountain time but 5-1 CBS still does prime time from 6-9. They air You Bet Your Life from 9-10 then the news (well they have no local news...its all from KTVQ Billings). Anywho their programming that is on an hour earlier than mountain
-CBS This morning 6-8a
-TPIR 9a
-LMAD 10a
-primetime 6-9p

Stations that air programming an hour earlier due to being a satellite station in the mountain time zone but their mothership is in the central time zone
-KCLO CBS Rapid City, SD (semi-satellite of KELO Sioux Falls)
-the Big 4 in Dickinson, ND all air programming an hour earlier as they are satellites/semi-satellites of the Big 4 in Bismark.

I'm sure there are a few more examples in border time zones (mainly the Central and mountain)
This is how I grew up, with 6-9 prime time. Meaning the news was on at 9 and the Tonight show was on at 9:30, When I was grade school age, I loved the Karnac skit, so when there was no school the next day my parents would sometimes let me stay up for the first half hour of the Tonight show. To this day, the idea of news being at 11 and shows like the Tonight show starting at 11:30 feels ridiculous to me, a lot of people can't stay up that late.

KFMB airs 1 and half hour 11am-12:30pm news delaying the second half of CBS Daytime by an hour.
You are partially correct.

They air B&B at 12:30 which is in pattern for the Pacific Time Zone but Y&R at 1 instead of 11am or 11:30am) because of the news from 11am-noon) then The Talk at 2 which is an hour late for PT. So B&B is not delayed.

What time is The Talk filmed. Is it live at 2 on the east coast.

Unless something has changed recently it is done live at 11 AM PT which means it airs live on many east coast stations at 2 PM. Except the Friday show which is prerecorded on Thursday.
