Any definitive listings of DTV subchannels?

I often see remarks made about, "I'd dump Cable in a minute, if it just had CNN/ESPN/Cartoon Central/RTN/the Hula Hoop channel etc......"
Seems like everybody has a few channels or niches they really like, and don't think they could live without it, with OTA only.

So, does anyone know where to find a real, accurate, up-to-date listing of what really is on the air (sub-channel wise) in each market across the country? I'm curious what kind of variety there is, city to city.

Most of the listings services are far out-dated, so something like TitanTV, or TV Guide is out.

I have contacts in many markets across the US who send me frequent updates, so I am generally up to date though I'm completely missing some of the extremely rural markets in Montana and Wyoming (for example), and there's also the possibility that some of the markets in which I do not have contacts are out of date.
