Any early reviews of Scott Sams?

How's he doing? Rusty, or did he jump right in? I was tempted to put the TV and VCR in the car and head to Sherman last Monday, but not for $2.75 a gallon.

I have no idea, but I am sure he did fine. Hopefully everything goes well for him and KTEN.

Even for the Sherman-Dennison market size, KTEN does a nice job. It's a good place for him to retool and ideally get back into a more main stream station in a larger area. Meantime, Scott and the station will do well having each other.

The folks at TVSpy.com report Sams isn't on the air yet, even tho the station's press releases indicated he would start Monday.

The station's website now has a banner ad saying Scott Sams will debut on April 24th. My guess is he started work there this week on some kind of limited basis until he could get moved. His Plano home is on the market now for $990,000.
