Any Free DTV Converter Boxes?

I was just wondering I have to get a converter box as my coupons expire 7/14 but I was wondering if anyone was offering a converter box for $40.00?

I have Walmart which is $49.95, which I will get but I have two coupons and only use one TV really, so I thought I'd just be a cheap ass and not buy two unless another converter box was $40.00 or less in other words fee.
