Any good clockwheel software out there?

Some of you have heard of the "Tabasco's Amazing Clock Wheel" software which creates Winamp-compatible (.m3u) playlists; it ran OK for me on a WinXP laptop I was using to automate my P15 FM station, until that machine crashed & burned a couple of years ago. Now I'm using a Win7 laptop, and I can't get TACW to even install on it.

I've test-driven Station Playlist Creator before, but I'm not sure I want to spend $135 on it.

Is there any other good playlist-creating software similar to TACW or SPC, for free or inexpensive? Thanks... :)

You may be able to use MusicGen Lite if you can find a copy. IIRC it's suppose to be capable of generating a Winamp-compatible playlist although Winamp won't be able to take advantage of any of its extended features.
