any good free FCC (AM) database reader software?

I downloaded the FCC AM database files, and have a several year old FCC database reader program I'm having problems with. Any suggestions for one that is:
free
reads the current FCC AM database files
includes ground conductivity data, and can approximate estimated field strength in ?v/m at specified receiving location
bonus: includes ground conductivity data, and can generate approximate coverage maps (extra bonus would be able to specify which contour(s) I want to see)
bonus 2: can plug in data for frequency, antenna type/size, power, ground system, coordinates (to the nearest 1/100th of a second), and, complete with switchable (on/off) street map and maybe satellite photography (aka Google Earth/Maps), can plot projected coverage. (also would need to support directional antenna systems, antennas 3 meters in length, powers of 100 milliwatts)

Anything out there that's FREE (not free trial) that will do this? note that the "bonus" items are not required.

I have neil adam's viewer. I was able (by virtue of not having administrator access on windows in the past, so it couldn't set data for install date) to run it without "unlocking" it for quite some time.

I'd be happy to write software to do that for $100,000 :)<P ID="signature">______________

I downloaded Neil Adams' Viewer a few days ago from what is apparently his website. It had his address posted, and info for sending $50 for the program. I was planning on purchasing the program.

Are you saying that if I send the $50 I won't receive the unlock info?

Someone must still be paying for the website to be up.
