Any good radio stations or clusters for sale?

Over the holidays I was approached by a small investment group looking to invest in radio and tv (but mostly radio) stations in the south (Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, etc). Anyone know of any stations for sale? I cannot invest as I am more than overworked with what I already own.

I will not be involved, I will just pass it on to the CEO of the group, you will have to ask him for a confidentiality letter, etc.
