any having Citadel Classic Hits closure issues lately? Mon/Tues 5/2-3?

We are running Citadel 24 hour Classic Hits (ex-Oldies) on Audio Vault Ver9. 3 or 4 times Monday 5/2 and so far most of this morning Tues 5/3 they are sending local break closures either too late (out of even their time windows) or twice in 3 minutes. Also some program element errors. The Ops manager in Dallas replied Monday that it was on their end. We'll call them, but just wondering how anyone else is dealing with it. We are semi-new to Vault and frustrated with lack of easy alignment on AVAIR.

My peeps haven't complained, but they run MOHD during the mornings, and baseball fills in a lot of the evening time these days.
 
Problems with True Oldies also Sun into Mon. Closure issues today. Spoke with Ops Sun night and they were confused. Reset XDS and ended up running MOHD until Mon morning.
