Any Help For A Chattanooga Radio Guy?

Hello fellow underpaid radio people!!!

My deep apologies to those who would consider this spam. I consider it begging!!!

My name is Kent Whitaker and I am a host with ESPN Radio in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Like many radio people... I do other work. You have to pay the bills! I write cookbooks on the side. My specialty is barbecue and Southern Cooking.

My publisher asked me to help on an emergency project where I think a writer left. Long story short, I need the work!! But I have only a few contacts in Alaska. I am in dire need of some submitted recipes for family favorites from Alaska. They can be traditional, regional, native or just plain good food from anyone living in the state. The state has been visited, many recipes are in place, but I am left to round out everything.

I appreciate people taking a look at my post. Any help from radio folk in Alaska would be appreciated. Every recipe used is credited to the source and you get a free copy of the book when it comes out. If anyone feels like emailing me feel free to drop me a line
