Any idea what properties these might be?

Saw these while surfing and was wondering what stations these might be?

Pacific Northwest FM rated market (top 125 revenue market) Full Class B,
great market coverage, Oldies format, good upside, will post modest profit in 2010. $1,250,000
For INFO contact Harold Bausemer - [email protected]

Suburban Seattle WA daytimer, inexpensive to operate, 5 acre owned tower site on
paved road makes this station an excellent value at-the-price $250,000
For INFO contact Harold Bausemer - [email protected]

The PNW ad is wrong. There are no Class B's north of Ukiah California or West of Moline, Ill

Uh oh. My bad. I see you're referring to an FM station. Yes, no class b FM's up here.

The AM has already been identified as on Whidbey Island as I remember.

FM is most likely one of Jerry Clifton's old signals in Spokane KAZZ and the AM is KBRD down in Lacey. Challenges all around...
