Any news on 96.1 KIOX?

Is there any new news with KIOX 96.1? They are still silent, along with 94.1 and 104.7, KULF still has a App. to move to 94.9. I was hoping KVIC would get on 104.7 that would give them a big power boost, which right now they just have the power to cover the city.
