Any news on the NY Times stations?

I heard that all TV stations owned by the New York Times--including my hometown station WQAD-TV--are being put up for sale. But then I haven't heard anything in a while? Has the company in question changed their mind about selling the stations?

It usually takes a little while after making an announcement that you're selling stations to actually find a buyer. And by "a little while" I mean "more than three months".

A lot of recent station sales (SAH stations, Media General's counter-sell off to pick up NBC stations) have been to companies that probably no one has heard of... that may be a good thing if you oppose media consolidation...
