Are there any plans for some sort of additional programming on these channels? They seem to just broadcast dead air. I did find an entry on Wikipedia under WPRI-TV that says: "The station offers a 24-hour weather channel called "Eyewitness News Pinpoint Weather Station" on Cox digital cable channel 125. When the weather channel was first established, it was also aired on the DT2 digital subchannels of WPRI & WNAC. In 2007, new FCC regulations for educational programing forced the two stations to make the weather channel digital cable-only." I don't understand why this would affect WPRI/WNAC but not WJAR with it's "NBC Weather Plus" on its DT2 channel?
