Any South Bend format changes coming?

This is a similar question to the Indy Radio Post-Labor Day format change.

Are there any format changes expected or seriously rumored for the South Bend-Elkhart area or has stuff stabilized. Also how are the ratings for wtrc/wleg? Anyone know if they are doing better nowdays?

Unless someone else has some inside info, I don't expect any flips this quarter. I've noticed some format tweaks though. WZOW/Classic Rock sounds like they're playing less of the ancient rock, and a bit more of the not-so-ancient 80's Foreigner/Styx/Genesis type of stuff... even a little 90's rock thrown in here and there. I like how they're sounding. U93 seems to have cut back on a lot of the rhythmic songs. Considering the damage that Power did to them in the last book, I don't know that's the right move to make, but time will tell. Instead of a Power vs. U93 battle, it's almost looking like a Sunny vs. U93 battle, musically. Fall book is right around the corner!

WTRC & WLEG don't exist....at least not in the Arbitron book. Seriously, they rank around 20th in a market with only 15 stations.

If you put on a radio station and no one hears it, does it really exist?

My prediction....no format changes in that market through 2006!
