Any talk about HD radio here?

NYC radio seems to be getting ready for a second channel, with talk on the NYRMB about what programming the stations might put on their second channel. I heard something vague from WVIA-FM, but either nobody else is doing anything, or they're keeping quiet until rollout. Any chatter in the break rooms?
______________

Apparently you missed Mary Ondrako's column in the Voice a couple weeks back. She devoted a bit of space to it. Can't quite remember what it said , but apparently the powers that be at Entercom and Citadel are saying they will be doing it by summer.

Must have. Either that, or I skimmed it when it was coming off the press and forgot to read it again later in the day. Thanks for the update.
______________

I heard that 94.1 WQKX from Sunbury(about 50 miles away) is broadcasting in HD radio. I believe they are the only station that has new technology in the region. Pretty soon, stations in the S/W-B metro area will follow.
