Any truth to the Styles to CC rumor?

Can't see CC paying the $120,000,000 it cost Styles to purchase KDAY and KDAI from SBS.
 
Uh no.Unless they were acquiring the KDAY intellectual property to transfer onto one of their FMs(92.3?). And certainly not for 120 mill.CC already has 5 FMs/3AMs, that is the current max a company can own.
 
Of course it is not credible. CC is at maximul FCC limits (which is why they had to end the JSA with Indie) and can not own, administer or sell for any other LA metro station. And, were they to become involved in one, you would think it might be a better facility than one of the makret's most miserable class A stations.
