ANY UPDATE ON THE WCAP OWNERS FEUD?

During Memorial Day weekend, WCAP was running a promo featuring owners Clark Smidt and Sam Poulton talking about the meaning of Memorial Day. It almost seemed as though the two had settled their legal dispute and were back working together. Am I wrong about this? Has anyone heard if the litigation between the two has been withdrawn? ???

Just for giggles, does anyone in the Merrimack Valley think there enough of an advertising base to support a SE Asian format?

Just for giggles...anyone who knows Clark Smidt knows there is no making up, kiss kiss, alls well that ends well, we are the world, we are family, me and my shadow, etc.

No Happy Endings.

Not really, aside from a densely populated group in Lowell, who's going to listen?

Want your skin to crawl? Try spending 5 minutes in a studio with that guy... I did, ONCE... and let me tell you, that was plenty enough for me.

Take a look at the sale agreement, the back paper they gave the former owner that came due, and the structuring of the partnership as recorded with the secretary of state.

They can't make it doing what they are doing, it is a mathematical impossibility. They overpaid and they were over-leveraged.

Maybe not all Khmer, but a good dose of that, leased time on the weekend. This attempt at full service ain't working, especially when you look at what their debt service has gotta be, count their spots, estimate the unit rate, and figure out when they're goign to pull the plug.
