The Bakersfield Winter '09 Quarterly Arbitrends are in. Fall '08 ratings are on the left:

1. KISV (Top 40/R) 8.4 - 10.6
2. KUZZ (Country) 7.9 - 7.3
3. KIWI (Regional Mexican) 4.0 - 6.8
4. KEBT (Regional Mexican) 6.1 - 6.2
5. KNZR (News) 4.4 - 5.9
 
Interesting to note that none of the top 5 is owned by Clear Channel or a publicly-traded company, and three of the top 5 are locally-owned (KISV, KUZZ, KEBT).
