Maybe iBiquity hasn't paid their taxes.

I just got "Error: The network path was not found." on http://www.hd-radio.com/ -- but http://www.ibocradio.com/ and http://www.hd-radio.net/ also work (all instantly redirect to the iBiquity site).

It's a common mistake to not use punctuation in its proper form.
