Anybody ever identify

At Pacific Beach, WA on the Washington Coast back in July 2011, I was listening to a scratchy KGON 92.3 Portland from 130 miles, when it was overpowered by Chinese talk for a few seconds. Since it probably wasn't 5,000-mile F2 from China (lol), it had to be KSJO 92.3 San Jose, CA as the only possible match, (at the time they were China 92.3), 32kw at around 650 miles.
