In my infinate Internet travels I managed to visit BJ Shea's Super Secret site at http://www.supersecreturl.com to see if his loyal fans had any news on where Mr. Shea might be hiding these days.

It seems the only people who know less about what is happening with BJ most likely are the people reading this post.

According to various posts on that site he has been suspended, working on an XM radio deal, starting a new weekend show in addition to his regular show, out sick, on vacation with his family, and the one which I really got a kick out of was undergoing Heart Surgery.

I thought this place gave birth to more conspiracy theories than the JFK assasination, but it doesn't hold a candle to thos folks.

If BJ was actually SICK, he would be at work. Listen to him talk and you know he's not the kind of guy who will call in sick for two weeks. He would haul his sneezing sniffly butt to work.

Besides, no one in radio is sick for that long. If you are, you come back to find you're replaced. Happened to me!

I think it may have to do with the lawsuit. Possible some words were exchanged when they shouldn't have been? Who knows. But he's NOT sick.

^^^That sounds like an interesting story.

BJ does get sick a lot, (probably due to being a vegetarian and not getting proper nutrition) but two weeks worth of sick? I don't know about that one. I'm voting for combo lawsuit/sickness/personal days which were all approved by management.

I am just curious if you are being paid by, or maybe are bj, because it seems every week a link to his site is posted here and it contains the same old stale crap each and every week.

Does anyone else see the irony in a show that prides itself on being "honest" lying to it's audience by saying he is sick????? All I ever hear BJ say is that their show doesn't lie to his listeners & that they are all "H" holes (which is the dumbest catch phrase in my opinion). There is no way that he could be sick for 2 straight weeks. Wouldn't the other 2 on the show have him on the air via phone by now for an update? Unless he is banned to be on the air.
Just my 2 cents.

Really, show me where I posted a link to this site, I don't think I have been to it before a couple days ago?

I was sick for two weeks a couple of times. Surprised I'm still amongst the living. But I'm thinking BJ's absence has something to do with the lawsuit. I know if I were in Entercom, BJ, & Robin Erickson's shoes I'd want to keep as much of a lid on that situation as possible.<P ID="signature">______________

He can't show you where you posted the link because you never did.

It's not possible to be sick for two weeks? I've been sick for two weeks before. Hepatitis will knock you out cold for a while. As will Mono. Pneumonia is rather disturbing. Perhaps some kind of internal surgery like an appendectomy?

Whoever said it's impossible to be sick for two weeks is a moron.

Oh, sorry, it was bj's site that seemed so important to Itchi in the past:

http://www.radio-info.com/mods/board.php?Post=222686&Board=seattle

And you really want me to believe that someone that knows so much about bj's site and can quote almost directly from bj's show had never seen the "supersecret" site before? Really, it's not as if it's superdupersecret or anything.
