They use ENCO. WIRE, WSPM, and K-Love still using the old ENCO server from years ago.
HBC is happy with ENCO. Quality sound, quality product.
Formerly had tons of problems with user files. Last 3 years no tech support calls, no problems. Ten people vs 100 people using the old gal keep it working much better.
All the manufacturers use generic boxes. no one makes their own case. They all look alike.
Enco is the original btw. Scott came later.
Segues can be set on each song. A pleasure to use when it's working well. (Last 3 years)
