Their flagship station 96.9 KWAV here had RDS die. Worse the stereo is messed up that’s causing wandering between left and right channels. Make it irritating and very hard to listen to.

More surprisingly it’s been like this for weeks and it seems like they don’t care?

Not a radio issue. Several physical radios and sdrs have it.
 
Well, It seems there is some engineering staff because they fixed RDS for KCDU and KHIP but KWAV still remains a mess.
