So there seems to be an internet station identifying as 106.3 WYYT Cleveland. It's available on the Audacy app, but also claims to be "available" locally.
I find no info about a station with call letters WYYT broadcasting over the air. But checking online seems to be a station I'm not inclined to listen to anyways. First song I heard was called "Boyshit" by a Madison Beer. Playlist seems to be all over the place but just looking at their website makes me think they're targeting the African-American crowd mostly. And they are calling themselves "Rewind WYYT 106.3" but didn't sound like many of the songs were that old.
There are hundreds if not thousands of internet stations that purport themselves to be over the air.
Some are simply radiogeeks who don't know any better when it comes to branding and can only think towards what they know others have done. This one and many others are in the second group where they are trying to sell independent artists that don't know better into thinking they are legitimate stations and selling payola promising airplay for payment.
Just looking at the stations in Cleveland if it is actually on air via some low power tx/pirate outfit that's a terrible frequency. Both 106.1 and 106.5 are occupied

Here's an example of that. I came across this one, which is not only on the Internet, but heard on KBUU-LP HD2 Malibu, CA. The Mighty 690 (XETRA) was a Top 40 outlet at one time. They were gold based Top 40 in the early 80's. Now, this version is an 80's based format, simply borrowing an infamous branding.
