Anybody know about this Tullahoma/Manchester cluster of stations?

I saw several ads for a PD opening or two within the cluster that owns Whiskey Country and The Duck in the Tullahoma/Manchester area.
Can't seem to find out much about the company other than they operate out of the old Coker Building. Sounds like a small but determined private owner, which is becoming a good thing in a world where most of the "big" companies are hurting. Anybody have some insight as to what it is like to
work there? Good, bad?
