That is an auditronics digital console. It was the last console built by Wheatstone under the Auditronics brand. Shortly after the first run of that board, Wheatstone discontinued the Auditronics brand.

AudioArts Engineering was absorbed by Wheatstone shortly before Auditronics. Wheatstone is still making products under the AudioArts brand, but if you notice closely, those products bare Wheatstone product numbers. (Not to mention they are also listed on the Wheatstone website.)
