Anybody Know When WGTV Digital Will Be On?

Has anyone heard when WGTV Digital will sign on? GPTV should be embarrased that WPBA has been digital for at least a year now.

The GPB network has gotten several waivers from the FCC. I am surprised the FCC has not given up and fined the state. The problem is government red tape.

They have now declared it an emergency expense, and apparently have awarded some bids.
