Just wondering...Spring book comes out and BAM!!!

If I knew of anything...as much as I'd like to do a favor for someone else...I wouldn't be selling real estate. The options are not what they once were and group ownership has really limited the possibilities. I wish you well!
 
From what I hear on the news, Real Estate might be experiencing a pinch as well, or maybe that is just new builds?

I think a station that is collectively owned by it's staff (DJs, PDs, etc.) might have better job security. Any one know if this has been done before?

It's being done right now at WSVX 1520 Shelbyville,IN. The station sounds better than it has in 20 years...The CE, OM/PD & News Guy pooled their resouces & kept it from going dark. The real question...is it selling? Juding from the number of local spots I hear, I'd say the answer is yes.
