Anybody remember Frank Luther?

At least I think that was the gent's name. He did a kid's morning show on (I believe) WNAC-TV, channel 7 in Boston in the late 50's. He played the piano and sang songs. One thing I recall he did a lot was live ads, one in particular for 'Old Nick' candy bars. His song for the ad went something like:
Old Nick's a pirate, Old Nick is brave and bold...Old Nick's a pirate and he's buried lots of gold..."
Am I making this up or was there such a program? I can't find anything online via Google/Yahoo/Bing/Wiki. Anybody?

Thanks amguy and raccoonradio! I had done some googling for Frank Luther and none of the hits I found had info about his time in Boston.
One live ad he did I recall was for one of his regular sponsors, 'Old Nick' candy bars.
Luther held a telescope to his eye and said, "I can see Old Nick himself now...unwrapping and enjoying another 'Old Nick' candy bar.
Then, he lowered the telescope and said, "You know, I don't really see 'Old Nick'..."! I thought that was so honest and truthful...and I must have been less than ten years old. Whenever conversation turns to the old days of Boston television, the names of Rex Trailer, Big Brother, Capt'n Bob, Willie Whistle and Bozo come to mind quite easily. Maybe someday someone will write about the time Frank Luther spent in Boston.
This man had enormous talents.
