Anybody Remembers "Jukebox Radio"?

For those of you may remember that "Jukebox Radio" was a great station or its time. They played some great standards along with oldies. I missed that station so much when the station was sold back in 2002 and then flipped to Christian AC known as "The Bridge" and the call letters was changed to WRDR after they dropped the WJUX calls. WJUX was a good station back in the day, and this past weekend on Rewound Radio, Chuck Leonard was on there where did an afternoon drive show on "Jukebox Radio" back in June 1999 as part of the "DJ Hall of Fame". If you haven't listened to this show, here it is.

WJUX's "Jukebox Radio" was on 103.1 in New Jersey, and then 99.7 in Sullivan County which the signal carried almost towards Poughkeepsie as well as Kingston, and then on 94.3 in Rockland County which is a translator for that one. That's the station I used to listened to all the time. Any thoughts.

Used to listen to Jimmy Hoooooowes Howes (now at WGHT mornings) on this station at night. A pal of mine, Mary Prenon did news on the weekends for a while. Not a bad station. A fun listen.
