Anyone else notice how PLJ's lunch hour editing has changed?

Although I don't catch most of the lunch hour, but what I have heard since Blake has been filling in for middays the show sounds much better. And the editing doesn't stop at awkward moments for the listener requests. Think Scott Shannon may be reading this board???
