ANYONE GONE ALL CHRISTMAS OUT THERE?

You win your bet on KOST. As for "who else": KTWV. Wanting to give listeners a respite from all the grief and shock that followed the 2001 terrorist attacks, KOST program director Jhani Kaye switched the station to Christmas music in November. The ratings soared and KOST has begun playing Christmas music in November of every year since. In 2011 Jhani Kaye was programming KTWV and he switched that station to Christmas music in November. Even though KTWV's November-December ratings were far below those of KOST, KTWV is doing the same this year. There is not much difference in the music selections between the two stations. Hey, maybe instead of "La-La Land," you could call us "Fa-la-la-la-la Land." (I know---that was bad.)
