Anyone have 18 BILLION in their deposit box?

As we all know, Clear Channel could be announcing their new owners at somepoint today. Does anyone have 18 billion to buy CC? Well of course there are investors.

However, do you really think they are going to keep markets like Mansfield, Chillicothe, Marion, Sandusky, Findlay?

Thoughts please!
 
Do you think there will be any particular bargains in the sale? Wouldn't a savy buyer be bidding based on individual stations values as opposed to a lump?
