Sorry it won't be me - I just don't care much for HD radio at this point and have no real passion for it.

LOL...Its all good DAWG,, I was addressing Preferably Robert Moore, or Mr. Dalton. Those two are very good with any station that plays any Dance in the U.S.... I dont really care much for HD either, but part of that is just jealousy, as I dont have the money for an HD radio, not without going broke, and having no groceries for a week. My friend has a special Plug n play style HD radio, and I wasnt impressed with the signal dropouts, or the sound quality of the particular station he listens to, and the particular unit he has. BUT, I want to hear the WNOU Dance station so bad. I hope it will stream.

I can say this... HD sound quality (at least here in Miami) kicks the (BLEEP) out of XM sound quality. All I listen to is the power 96 station down here now. Sure, it doesnt have jocks and all that, but its current on dance music.. no commercials.. no lame ass/cheesy jocks telling lame ass/cheesy jokes... and the sound quality bumps and is clear.. I for one love hd.

Robert Moore is the man-- quick with the info.

Right now, some of the HD side streams are listed at http://USDanceRadio.com. They are super-difficult to confirm, so that's why we've been slow on adding them to the list.

Next week, we'll probably make a category of it's own for HD.

And USDanceRadio now has a cousin, HD Radio List that will be listing all HD formats in every market.

I don't have any experience with XM, but having used Sirius for a while, I think the "sound quality" issue is overplayed on their part. Sure, it's digital but it doesn't blow me away. I've tried the FM wireless connection in both of my cars and it sounds disappointing in both of them... my newer car came with both a tape and CD player, so I connected the receiver via the line out jack with one of those cassette tape adapters... big improvement, but still nowhere near CD quality and not even as good as FM in my book. In spite of that, the dance music programming on Sirius is great. I've monitored BPM's playlist on the web over the last year or so, personally I favor Sirius' "dance hits" playlist orientation... although BPM seems to have shifted since the new year, still not sure what direction they're going in though.

What I really want... is the ability to pick up hi-fi net radio streams in the car. The day can't be too far away.

So far the only Dance HD2s that are streaming right now are:

WPOW-HD(HD Dash 2)
KYLD-HD(WiLD En Espanol)
WMKK-HD(Star HD)

Its also expected that KZCH-HD/Wichita will also be streaming soon.

Your list doesn't include KYLD-2. It is airing mostly dance even though the "desscription" in the press on on CC's HD-2 website says otherwise.

Yes, I know. Want to make sure the format stays as is first.

Others are not listed, as they are not yet confirmed.
______________

That's cool. I understand. We all don't wanna be fooled.

But they sure are keeping it up, in fact I'm hearing some great house music!

I hope KPWR-2 here in LA copies KYLD-2 for once. Anyone agree?
______________
