I think it's WKNG-FM. It's owned by Gradick Communications, I believe. Other that, I'm not sure.

It's licensed to Heflin, AL, with a tower 10 miles SW of Tallapoosa, with penetration about 15 miles into West Georgia. It was stunting all-Elvis but now seems to be playing Black Gospel.
