Anyone have input about Rhattigan boradcasting?

According to wiki and Google, Rhattigan Broadcasting is Michael Rhattigan. He owns stations in Plainview, Big Spring and Uvalde.
 
I have spoke with Michael on a few occasions. He seems to know what he is looking for in his management team, but he does get attached to his lower echelon people. Good guy, will some day venture into some larger markets.
 
FCC records show the same, for both KEPS 1270 and KINL 92.7.
 
A GM I know worked there and said he could be tough but fair, gives more responsibility & freedom once you prove yourself, not big on drama or bullsh*t. I talked to them this year but didn't get the job. Still, he seemed like one of the good guys.
 
I was told they filled the positions, rehired old manager and got GM from OH. Do you know if something changed? Why?
