Anyone heard WPRN in Lisman?

Does anyone know if WPRN (107.7) in Lisman is back on the air? Last I heard it was silent, like most other Joy Communications stations. Recently the station filed to go non-comm so I'm wondering if Joy managed to get it back on the air again.

I heard it on the air a few weeks ago while driving to Quitman, MS. Sounded like they were airing a web stream. Not sure if it has gone off since then.
