Anyone here use Worldcast Systems Control Silver?

As the title says...that would be a device for transmitter/facilities control. Anyone using it?
It looks pretty good, probably a good price too. My concern with anything carrying the AUDEMAT label, is support. AUDEMAT is a French company, and their documentation is usually poorly translated to English and equally lacking in substance. Good luck if you needed to reach out for assistance setting it up. Not saying that AUDEMAT/Worldcast doesn't make good products, I've used tons of their IP audio encoders over the years. It's just that typically it takes longer to figure out what they're saying (or not), then your own discoveries of how to set it up.

Basically, the horse has left the barn and I'm deep into this already. They have a US support guy who is very good. Yes, the docs are terrible, but the programming interface is pretty full of speed bumps too. Just wondered if anyone else has found a good way over them. I selected the product because of cost and because it allowed for a highly customizable user GUI, and it does have that.
